Mrs. Nelson, Dinner, and New Chair

On Saturday, Mom and I went to the Intermediate School. They had posted the teachers and the students on the door. We looked and looked for my name and we found it under Mrs. Nelson's name. ( I am going into 4th grade ). I am exited because Mom is working at the High School again this year. Last year, I rode over to the High School with Mrs. Jacobs because she also worked as a volleyball coach but worked at the Intermediate School, too. My friend walks over to the High School. When I get to walk over, she always beats me there. Now we are in the same class so I can always keep up with her. Also I hear Mrs. Nelson is a really nice teacher so I can't wait to meet her. I got my first letter from her today. On to my next story. We went to My Grandma's ( Mom's side ) for dinner yesterday. She made ALOT of food. I took some and all of it was good. I ate all of my plate. For dessert, we had Dumpt Cake. It had pineapple, cherries, and nuts mixed together in vanilla cake. I don't like cherries but I picked them out and ate the rest. While everyone else was finishing their cake, Lindsay and I played Scrabble together. Lindsay won. Then we went to Staples after the party. We got a new chair for our computer. There were TONS and TONS of choices. After about ten minutes, we decided to get one called the Black Luxura. It is black like the name says and is much more comfortable then Lindsay's chair that she got for christmas a couple years ago. She is happy because now she gets to take her chair back upstairs and start using it. I have to go to bed now. Bye. The End.
