The official turn-out for Christmas Idol is as follows, and I quote, Jacob Woollard, you are the official winner of Christmas Idol in Ms. Amanda Cole's class. And Shelby Henderson, you came in a close second! And that is the official turn-out of Christmas Idol 2010 (which was yesterday).
Merry Christmas! It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas
Merry Christmas! The song of the day is: IT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE CHRISTMAS!
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Everywhere we go. Take a look a t the five and ten, glistening once again, with candy canes and silver lanes a glow. There's a tree in the Grand Hotel, one in the park as well. A sturdy kind that doesn't mind the snow. A pair of hop-along boots and a pistil that shoots is the wish for Barney and Ben. Dolls that will talk and then go for a walk is the hope for Janice and Jen. And mom and dad can hardly wait for school to start again!

Chistmas Idol Day Two
Today was the second day of Christmas Idol in my class. Me and Florangel got to sing Feliz Navidad. Then we moved on to the next round. In the next round we got to pick the song that we wanted to sing. But there is a catch. We had to sing by ourself. I was thinking about it and I figured that we Wish You A Merry Christmas would be a perfect song for my voice. So I got up there and sang it. It turns out that 2 other girls decided that We Wish You A Merry Christmas was a good song for their voice too. Then Ms. Cole had all of the people that sang their solos go to the front of the room. She had me, Makenzie, Florangel, and Jacob step forward. We were moving on to the championship!!! We have to do a solo again. I don't know what I am going to sing yet. I hope I will decide by tomorrow. If you want to find out what happened yesterday during Christmas Idol Day One just scroll down. Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas! Winter Wonderland
Merry Christmas! The song of the day is: WINTER WONDERLAND!
Gone away is the bluebird. Here to say is a new bird. He sings a love song as we go along walking in a Winter Wonderland. In the meadow we can build a snowman. And pretend that he is Parson Brown. He'll say are you married, we say No Man! But you can do the job when your in town.

Christmas Idol Day One
Today my teacher, Ms. Cole, had us do a fun activity in Social Studies. Christmas Idol!!! She chose two other people to judge with her, and then she assigned each table a song. My table included myself, Florangel, Jonathan, John, Asia, K-Lin, and Shawn. We sang Jingle Bells first. Then we had to split up. Our group did boys and girls. There were four girls and three boys. My group of girrls had to sing Frosty the Snowman next. We continued on to the next level. Then we had to get into groups of one or two. I got with Florangel. We were told to sing Feliz Navidad. We didn't have enough time to get to me and Florangel (pronounced floor-angel), but we will sing Feliz Navidad tommorow. I am pretty excited for tommorow, but after social studies I have two tests. I Science test and a Math test. I am not excited for that! Oh, well!
I hope I do good, because if I get good grades on both tests, I will get all A's for this semester, so there is alot of pressure on these two little test. Wish me luck on both singing Feliz Navidad with Florangel and on my two tests in science and math. I really wish that I will get good grades so that I can get that huge Hershey chocolate bar in the end of the year for getting all A's all of my three years at the Intermediate School! Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas! Frosty the Snowman
Merry Christmas! The song of the day is : FROSTY THE SNOWMAN!!!
Frosty the Snowman was jolly happy soul. With a corn cob pipe and a button nose and two eyes made out of snow. Frosty the Snowman was a fairytale they say. He was made of snow but the children know how he came to life one day. There must have been some magic in that old silk hat they found for when they placed it on his head, he began to dance around! Oh, Frosty the Snowman was a jolly happy soul!
